How can we help you?

Find answers to common questions about exams, results, and accounts.

Getting Started

DavosLink is an education platform for students and teachers in East Africa and South Sudan. It helps you take online exams, see results instantly, and find study materials.

It is open to all secondary school students and qualified teachers in the region. Schools can also register to manage their classes and exams.

Click the "Sign Up" button at the top of the page. Select if you are a Student, Teacher, or School, and fill in your details.

Use the menu on the left side of your dashboard to find Exams, Results, and Resources. On mobile, tap the menu button at the top to see these options.

Accounts & Access

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to create a new password.

Yes. Go to "My Profile" in your dashboard and click "Edit Profile" to update your name, photo, or school information.

Yes, you can log in on a phone, tablet, or computer. Your data and progress will be saved automatically.

This may happen if there are security concerns. Please contact our support team immediately to verify your identity and restore access.

Exams & Results

Go to the "Exam Console" in your dashboard. You will see scheduled exams. Click "Start Exam" when the time begins.
When the timer is up, scan your answers and upload them as pdf.

Exams are available only during a specific time window set by your teacher. You must start and finish within these times.

The system will automatically close the exam paper. You are then required to immediately scanned the work and submit it with no delay.

Teachers enter marks directly into the system or upload a spreadsheet. Once saved, students can see them immediately.

Go to "My Grades" or "Results" in your student menu. You can access your full report card from any device.

First, refresh the page. If the error stays, contact your teacher directly through the messaging system to check the marks.

Past Papers & Resources

Go to the "Archive" or "Resources" section. You can search by subject, year, or exam type.

Yes. If a teacher leaves feedback on your work, you will see a notification and can read it on your results page.

Open the document you want. Click the "Download" button at the top right to save the PDF to your device.

Make sure you have a PDF viewer installed on your phone or computer. Try downloading the file again if the internet was slow.

Messaging

Go to "Messages", click "New Message", search for your teacher's name, type your question, and send.

Teachers reply when they are available. Please be patient and allow 24-48 hours for a response.

There is no strict limit, but please keep messages respectful, relevant to your studies, and concise.

Check your internet connection. If the problem continues, try logging out and logging back in.

Technical Issues

Check your internet data or WiFi. Try refreshing the browser. If it persists, the site might be under maintenance briefly.

Don't panic. The timer continues, but your answers save as you go. Try to finish before the time completely runs out.

Ensure all required questions are answered. If the button is stuck, refresh carefully or contact support immediately.

Check the file size; it must be under 5MB. Also, ensure it is a valid format like PDF, JPG, or PNG.

DavosLink works on most smartphones (Android/iOS) and computers using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browsers.
